"For foreign companies, China's sizable market and sustainable economic development have drawn great attention from investors. "From design and construction to maintenance, renovation, and further to the enhancement of conformability and living experience, there are enormous opportunities in embedding technology into the residential sector alone, especially with regard to the Chinese market," said Chen Jie, a professor specializing in property research at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
"German premium providers still lack groundbreaking e-vehicles or important connectivity functions," said study author Stefan Bratzel.
"Globally, the incidence of sleep disorders is rising," he said. "In China, about 30 percent of the population has sleep disorders, while around 10 percent frequently experience insomnia."
